PRODUCT RETURN:

You can return the product within 8 working days if you change your mind that you will not have the product. Shipping cost is yours. The product must be undamaged. When I receive the product undamaged, I will refund the purchase price in full to your account. Each of my products is photographed before being shipped to you for abuse. In the case of a product return, you must send me photos of the product as proof that the product is intact, undamaged AND as sent. Please return products in cardboard packaging, protected and sent as fragile. You also send a copy of the document that you sent the product to my e-mail. If the product is damaged when you return it, I will not refund your money.

CLAIMS:

complaints are considered only if you receive the product damaged. The customer must send a copy of the issued invoice and a picture of the damaged product to my e-mail. In this case, you will receive a full refund. If you yourself damage the product while opening the packaging, the complaint is not taken into account. Sent proofs (INVOICE, PHOTOS OF THE PRODUCT) are processed within 4 working days (excluding holidays, vacations, absences).

ADVANTAGE:

It applies if you want to get a picture painted according to my intuition. First, you pay an advance payment of 40% of the value of the painting. You get everything by e-mail, you sign to agree to the terms. I only start painting when 40% of the value is paid to my account. Production time one week to one month. It depends on the level of difficulty, the materials, my time. Which is paid with an advance payment, even if you don't like the picture or change your mind in the meantime, I will not return the advance payment. You return the product you don't like undamaged. Shipping cost is yours. When I receive the remaining payment for the painting, I will physically send the product to you. The time for the settled balance of the purchase depends on when I finish the painting (usually up to one month at the most). I will let you know when I finish the painting. Shipping cost and packaging are mine. Customs duties and taxes in your country are your cost. I will send you the pictures, the document about the shipped product and the issued invoice by e-mail. If the product arrives damaged, let me know and take a picture.
